Apex Tracker : Features
Design
APEX Tracker stands worlds apart from its competitors. Find out why, learn more about APEX Tracker's design features.
User-friendly, web-based interface
APEX Tracker is easy to use; accessible; and provides you with a fresh and intuitive interface. Click image to view.
Personalised home page
The homepage is tailored to suit your needs. It enables you to track the status of your goals and the goals of those who report to you. The customised shortcuts bar provides easy access to your plan, reports and other favourites. Click image to view.
Integrated planning
APEX Tracker centralises the creation of plans, allowing management to cascade and rapidly deploy organisation-focused plans down through the organisation. This process is both top-down and bottom-up, resulting in effective two-way communication.
Monitors hard and soft data
APEX Tracker has a unique advantage over comparable systems in that it recognises three different goal types: targets, typically numeric; events, measured by the completion of an activity or a project; and behaviours, the organisation/its people behaving in a certain way.
Traffic light system
A four stage traffic light system (Complete, In Progress, Deferred, At Risk) highlights the status of goals. ‘Calendar’ automatically reminds you of outstanding status update obligations.
Management alerts
Users can also activate management alerts to highlight the status of important goals.
Touch of a button reports
The dynamic reporting features make continuous performance review possible by providing real-time information on performance delivery across all key result areas. Reports can be exported to spreadsheets or other reporting tools.
Message centre
The message centre provides for rapid internal communication and feedback at all levels within the organisation. It also facilitates system messaging.
